Kimberly A. Berry has dedicated her professional career to defending clients charged with DUI and other drug or alcohol offenses. She has helped hundreds of people get the best results for their misdemeanor and felony cases. Her extensive courtroom experience has lead to successful outcomes, fighting for her clients' rights, including many jury trials.

Ms. Berry has been training to represent the people of Georgia her whole life. She attended Gwinnett County public schools, and went on to get her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia. Her legal education continued at Vanderbilt University, where she received an award for her admirable work with the Legal Aid Society, graduating as a Dean's scholar.

Kimberly Berry has continued to excel throughout her professional career. Through arguing motions, serving as lead counsel in a number of jury trials, and conducting bench trials, she has earned a respected reputation in the Georgia legal community. However, it is not enough that judges, prosecutors, and other lawyers are impressed by Ms. Berry's work, because her clients matter most. Her hard work and dedication to aggressively defending the rights of her clients has earned her a spot among an elite group of nationally recognized DUI lawyers.

Always keeping up to date with the latest DUI information and education, Kimberly has completed the same NHTSA DUI training as Georgia law enforcement officers. This DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing course is the national standard when it comes to police DUI training. She is also a graduate of the renowned Trial Lawyer College.

Ms. Berry is admitted to practice law in all Georgia courts, including juvenile courts, state courts, municipal courts and superior courts. She has experience representing federal criminal defendants in the Northern District of Georgia, and is admitted to practice before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. In addition to her devoted practice area of driving under the influence, Kimberly has represented people of all ages charged with alcohol and drug violations such as minor in possession, open container violations, child endangerment DUI, probation violations, and more. She provides the same zealous representation for her clients during administrative driver's license suspension (ALS) hearings before the Georgia Department of Driver Services.
